Hi Brandon,
You might not see this post, but I will post anyway. I really enjoyed this project and am sad that it's over, because it was my only real connection with students in class in this year.
The documentary was powerful, all the technical imperfections notwithstanding. Loved the imagery you used in your segment. I was surprised at how much vicarious ownership I felt watching it! I recognized the ideas that you had blogged about and really felt included in an unexpected way.
This project has clearly taught you a great deal about working with others, understanding various technologies, developing patience as you work through a process, and, of course, expanding your awareness of global warming.
Thanks for your work. I bet you never forget this project!
 Dr. L.

What a thoughtful reflection. I'm glad that you were able to use your knowledge to help your sister with her project.

The insights you have about group dynamics are one of those life lessons that are a happy by-product of doing class projects (even if they are frustrating at times).

Yes, I would have liked more time as well--it's irritating when we see little errors. Perhaps that's something that we can take away--even when we think it is finished, when we review and evaluate, we usually can find something to improve. Perhaps we can transfer that to our writing??

If nothing else, the research has given you a wider range of information and helped you to make an informed decision about your beliefs and actions.

I'm so glad that your mother could come and watch the movie. Please thank her for coming for me.

Have a terrific summer. It's been a pleasure to have you in class all year.

Hi Brandon,

It has been very fun to blog with you about this important subject and "listen" to your thinking about the project as you reflected on the process and blogged with others. Yes, I can come on Thursday! It will be great to meet you in person and see your film. I can't wait!

Brandon--

When someone who does not have an edublogs account posts a comment, there is an anti-spam word that looks kind of like graffiti. They have to enter it each time they post.

Thank you and I thought of that idea as well, we just could not find enough support to put it into the documentary. It seemed weird with it just popping in and out of our segment like that. But I like the approach we have now, a kind of the whole world is responsible and that everyone needs to do something NOW type of thing.

Fine you caught me, it was late and I think that was like the fifth article in a row (not to make excuses or anything). The pollen will be very bad, especially for all of the allergies in the world.
